Victoria’s Secret will honor the exchange of merchandise at the store it was purchased, upon presentation of the original receipt, within 7 days from the date of purchase, for a merchandise of the same retail value.

No refund will be issued if the value of the merchandise exchange is lower than the original item. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and tagged with the valid retail labels.

Sale merchandise, gift cards and any purchase made online, at airport locations or outside Malaysia, will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Merchandise sold are strictly non-refundable in cash or credit. No exchange/refund on panties due to hygiene reasons.
